Basic Compression Argentina develops critical infrastructure for the natural gas value chain in Vaca Muerta. Its founding partners, BASIC Equipment, Grupo POSE and Atlas Infrastructure Partners, bring industrial, execution and financial capacity together in a single company.
Mission and vision
Our mission is to build the leading integrated company in critical infrastructure for the natural gas value chain in Vaca Muerta. BCA was founded to develop world-class solutions that integrate contract compression, gas treating, modular plants and EPC projects, and to contribute to the sustained development of Vaca Muerta with a long-term vision.
We combine the execution capacity of Grupo POSE, among Argentina’s top twenty construction companies, with that of BASIC Equipment and its owned 15-hectare industrial platform a few kilometers from the Port of Houston, one of the world’s leading energy hubs. From that position we bring to Argentina technology, suppliers, processes and operating experience from the most competitive markets in the industry.
BCA brings together Argentine and American shareholders with a proven track record in both countries. This allows it to combine local knowledge of Vaca Muerta with the experience built in the Permian Basin, giving its clients access to technology, strategic relationships and international best practices.
