AN INTEGRATED OFFERING

One partner, from the factory to commissioning

BCA brings BASIC Equipment’s industrial capacity in Houston and Grupo POSE’s construction, installation and operating capacity in Argentina together in a single company. The client contracts with one accountable party for engineering, fabrication and testing of the equipment, its transport, site works and installation, commissioning and, if the client so chooses, operation and maintenance.

Two ways to contract

All four lines share engineering, workshop, supply chain and field organization. They are contracted as a service, with BCA owning the asset, or as a turnkey project, with the client owning the asset, always under a single counterpart.

Service model

The client contracts capacity without acquiring the asset. BCA finances, installs, operates and maintains, and invoices against measured availability.

Compression as a service · Gas treating and processing for rent

25 to 6,000 HP

Compression applications

Reciprocating compressor packages of one to six stages, designed and packaged in Houston for each duty along the natural gas chain.

  1. 01

    Production infrastructure

Wellhead compression and gas lift for single wells and multi-well pads, sized to the pressure and flow profile of each location.

  2. 02

    Gathering and transport

Gas gathering, booster stations and compression into treating plants, pipelines and storage.

  3. 03

    Special applications

Acid gas reinjection with stainless steel packages, CO2 compression, nitrogen extraction and reinjection, and compressed natural gas (CNG).

  4. 04

    Electric compression

Electric-motor-driven packages and shop conversion of gas-engine packages to electric drive, with lower emissions and no fuel gas consumption on site. Grupo POSE designs and builds the substations and the medium- and high-voltage networks that power the units, so the electrification of the site falls within the same contract.

Treating, processing and modular plants

Dehydration, sweetening and dew point control plants, early production facilities (EPF), natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation plants and process packages with ASME code pressure vessels. Available for rent or as a turnkey project.

Modular design

  1. 01Skid-mounted equipment and plant assembled in the shop, with match-marking for disassembly and reassembly on site.
  2. 02Modular MCC and control buildings, with pre-terminated and marked cabling.
  3. 03Delivered pre-assembled, painted and factory acceptance tested (FAT).
  4. 04Smaller footprint and less field work, with tighter control of quality and schedule.
05/ 06

Reconditioning and equipment support

  1. 01Overhaul and make-ready of existing packages, with factory testing before dispatch.
  2. 02Retrofit, conversion to electric drive and engine swaps.
  3. 03Compressor rebuild: frame, crossheads and guides, cylinders, pistons and rods, and coupling.
  4. 04Skid modifications and package inspection at every stage.
  5. 05Strategic spare parts inventory and field response.

Operations and availability

Specialized personnel operate and maintain the units from the Neuquén base. A dashboard shared with the client records the operation of each unit in real time, predictive maintenance anticipates interventions, and billing settles against measured availability.

One contract across every discipline

A surface facility involves engineering, manufacturing, civil works, assembly, piping, electrical works and commissioning, almost always contracted separately. Most schedule slippage originates in the coordination between disciplines. The platform covers all of them under one contract and removes the interfaces between suppliers.
