Capabilities

  1. 01Track record designing and building compression equipment in the Permian Basin, with the practices developed during the US shale build-out.
  2. 02New compression. Reciprocating compressor packages, gas-engine or electric-driven, for gathering, gas lift, pipelines, storage, CNG, CO2, acid gas reinjection and nitrogen.
  3. 03Reconditioning. Overhaul, make-ready, retrofit and conversion to electric drive of existing packages, with factory testing.
  4. 04Treating and processing. Modular gas treating and processing plants, early production facilities (EPF), natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation plants, process packages and code-stamped pressure vessels.
  5. 05ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessels, ASME B31.3 process piping and AWS D1.1 structural welding.
  6. 06Direct relationships with leading engine, compressor and electrical equipment manufacturers, and clients among leading midstream, operating and oilfield service companies.

Plant equipment and tools

  1. 01Lifting. 14 overhead cranes from 10 to 40 t and four rough-terrain mobile cranes, the largest rated at 50 t.
  2. 02Welding. Around one hundred welding units, a robotic pipe-spool welding cell, 18 positioners and 10 manipulators.
  3. 03Cutting and forming. Plasma cutting table with dust collection, punch presses, a 100 t press and vessel turning rolls of up to 60 t.
  4. 04Transport. 29 trailers, including lowboys, yard trucks and forklifts for internal handling and dispatch.
  5. 05Footprint. Approximately 11,200 m² under roof on a 15-hectare site.

  2. 02

    Assembly and packaging

A 3,250 m² bay with two 40 t and two 10 t overhead cranes and 9 m hook height, where compression packages are assembled and tested.

  3. 03

    Vessels and piping

A 2,300 m² steel fabrication bay with four 20 t overhead cranes, and a 2,300 m² piping and vessel shop.

  4. 04

    Blasting and painting

    Indoor surface preparation, with 5.2 × 4.6 × 21.3 m paint booths and a grit-recycling blast booth.

  5. 05

    Yard and logistics

6 hectares of stabilized yard for rig-up and pre-assembly, and an own fleet for oversize transport, less than 6.5 km from the Port of Houston.

  6. 06
